Arizona Turf Company (arizonaturfcompany.com) is operated by Wilder West Assets, LLC. This page explains what information we collect when you use this site, what we do with it, and how long we keep it — in plain language, not legal boilerplate. See also how we work and about us for the bigger picture of what this site is.
Information we collect
When you submit a quote request form: your name, phone number, email address, street address or ZIP code, and anything you type in the optional square-footage or message fields. We also record the page the form was submitted from and the exact consent text you were shown, so we have an accurate record of what you agreed to.
When you call a number on this site: we log the call’s metadata — the number, the time, the duration, and the general area it came from. We do not record phone conversations. If your call isn’t answered and you leave a voicemail, that message is recorded — that is what a voicemail is — and it is stored for up to 3 months so it can be passed to the right contractor, then deleted. The contractor you’re connected with runs their own phone system; we don’t control or record what happens on their end.
Automatically, when you browse this site: standard analytics data (pages viewed, general location, device type) through Google Analytics, which helps us understand which pages are useful and which aren’t. This doesn’t include anything you didn’t already submit through a form.
How we use it, and who we share it with
Form submissions are shared with exactly one contractor — the licensed installer or cleaner assigned to your service and area — so they can contact you and quote your project. We don’t sell your information to a list, and we don’t share it with any contractor other than the one your request is routed to. Full detail on that routing is on our how we work page.
Call metadata and voicemails are used only to confirm that a call happened and to get your message to the right contractor. They are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Call metadata (number, time, duration, area) | 13 months |
| Voicemail audio | 3 months |
| Form submissions, including the consent record (the exact text you agreed to) | 5 years |
Form submissions are kept five years on purpose: the consent record stored with each submission is what protects both you and us if there’s ever a dispute about what you agreed to, and the relevant statute of limitations runs four years. You can ask us to delete yours sooner — see below.
Text messages and calls
The consent box on each quote form says exactly who may contact you and how — the text you agree to is stored with your submission, word for word. Consent is never a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us at the address below to withdraw consent at any time. Message and data rates may apply. Separately, the contractor who receives your request will contact you about it — that’s the purpose of the request — using the contact details you provided.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to delete it, or opt out of future contact at any time by emailing privacy@arizonaturfcompany.com. We’ll respond promptly. Deleting your information doesn’t affect a request already in progress with a contractor — reach out to them directly for that.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for homeowners and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted here rather than announced separately.
